College money and a paid D.C. trip: GVEC applications are open
Eligible Cibolo families with GVEC electric service can apply for scholarships or the Washington, D.C., Youth Tour. These are two separate programs with different student and account requirements; check eligibility before applying.
Timing: Youth Tour deadline November 30, 2026, 5 p.m.; scholarship deadline February 1, 2027, 5 p.m.
A filing or a planning record is not proof that anything is open or funded. CiboloWatch publishes the record and the date it was verified, and nothing beyond it.
